Network Infrastructure Management: Design, implement, and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure across multiple sites to ensure high availability and optimal performance. • Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to network connectivity, firewall policies, server services, and user access across both Windows and Linux environments. • Firewall and Security Device Management: Administer and maintain Forcepoint and Fortinet firewalls, FortiWeb (WAF), and FortiMail, implementing security rules and regularly reviewing configurations to align with best practices. • SIEM Operations: Monitor and correlate security events using FortiSIEM to detect anomalies, investigate threats, and coordinate incident response. • Proxy & Web Security Management: Configure and monitor web filtering policies through Forcepoint and McAfee Proxy, ensuring secure and controlled internet access. • Antivirus & Endpoint Protection: Deploy and manage Trellix endpoint protection, monitor threat activity, and respond to malware incidents. • Server Security & Monitoring: Perform system hardening, patch management, and service monitoring on critical servers. Use Zabbix for availability and performance monitoring. • Threat Hunting & Forensics: Use Velociraptor to conduct endpoint investigations, gather forensic evidence, and support proactive threat detection. • Email & Web Application Security: Manage and monitor email security with FortiMail and web applications protection through FortiWeb, analyzing threats and preventing attacks. • Threat Investigation & Remediation: Analyze suspicious behaviors and alerts, investigate potential security threats across endpoints and the network, and apply appropriate containment and remediation measures.

• Deployed and configured Active Directory (AD): Set up domain controllers, managed users and groups, and implemented GPOs to enforce security and operational policies. • File Server Setup: Installed and managed a secure file-sharing server, structured shared folders with proper permissions for different departments. • Firewall Implementation: Deployed and configured pfSense firewall for network segmentation, NAT rules, VPN access, and traffic filtering. • User Support & Troubleshooting: Provided technical support to end users, resolving issues related to network access, printers, file sharing, and login problems.

• Designed and developed a dynamic website to facilitate international internship opportunities for students of the University of Blida 1. • Built the platform using PHP (Laravel framework) for the backend and JavaScript for dynamic frontend functionality. • Implemented features such as internship listings, application forms, admin panel, and student dashboards. • Ensured a responsive and user-friendly interface compatible with both desktop and mobile devices.
