Convergence Conformity Pilot for Renault within a Work Package Project in collaboration with Magna Steyr Austria - Industrialisation Phase ( Renault-Nissan Tangier RTE Plant ) Perimeter : Front, Rear & Lateral Exterior, Cockpit ( EXT / PDC ) - Manage the resolution of assembly issues resulting from parts mountability, geometric defects, AVES ( Alliance Vehicle Evaluation Standard ) as well as sectoral quotation. - Guarantee the Product-Process convergence and coherence of the solutions implemented at the plant alongside different project actors ( PFE, equipment manufacturers and suppliers, BIW, assembly lines ... ) - Conduct GFD ( Startup Function Group ) meetings and dashboard dissemination. - Escort logistic to a conform vehicle parts set up. - Ensure the project reporting and synthesis of the goals at the milestone also the KPIs.

Product & Process Engineer for Renault within a Work Package Project in collaboration with Magna Steyr Austria - Development & Prototyping Phase : Perimeter : Front & Rear Exterior, Bumpers, Test Benches & Diagnostic ( FT / RR / BP / TBD ) - Run digital checks via Catia V6 ( NewPDM ) for product validation. - Design the assembly process and adaptation to the plant in charge. - Manage the quality assurance matrix. - Ensure the Product-Process convergence and conduct physical mockups on a prototype vehicle in Magna Steyr prototyping center. - Conduct the debriefings and participate to resolve the parts mountability issues. - Control process operation cards. - Manage and train the teams. - Express the need for tools and implantation in the plant.
