Business Analyst / Technical Analyst – Regulatory Reporting

We are looking for experienced Business Analysts / Technical Analysts with strong expertise in regulatory reporting, data mapping, and reporting systems to support upcoming initiatives.

Role & Responsibilities

• Contribute to regulatory reporting tool migration projects

• Perform data mapping between Core Banking Systems and reporting solutions

• Analyze data models and data flows end-to-end

• Define functional and technical requirements

• Validate data quality, reconciliation, and consistency

• Interact with IT, Finance, and Regulatory Reporting teams

• Support testing, UAT, and implementation phases

• Challenge inconsistencies in reporting logic and financial instrument treatment

This is a hands-on role. You are expected to work directly with data — not only at documentation level.

Required Experience

• Proven experience in regulatory reporting projects

• Strong exposure to reporting tool migration or transformation initiatives

• Solid experience in data mapping

• Experience working with Core Banking Systems and reporting platforms

• Strong understanding of financial instruments

• Experience in data management and database environments

• Strong SQL skills

Highly Desirable

• Experience with OneSumX (OSX) – WKFS

• Background combining functional and technical analysis

• DBA-level understanding of databases
