Automation: Design and implement automation solutions for routine IT administrative tasks
Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize incident management workflows in ServiceNow to improve efficiency and service delivery

Technical Knowledge
Understanding of Operating Systems (Windows Server, Linux)
Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, and SharePoint
Familiarity with M365 and Azure cloud platforms
Understanding of Networking, Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity concepts
