What they need
- Piloter la création et l’évolution des dashboards de performance eCommerce / Omnichannel en lien étroit avec les équipes Data.
- Faire le pont entre équipes Métier et Data : traduire les besoins business en spécifications techniques (modèles de données, KPI, capacités de reporting).
- Gérer les projets dashboard de bout en bout : recueil des besoins, gouvernance, comités de pilotage, recette, livraison et formation des utilisateurs.
- Consolider et prioriser les besoins de reporting des marchés locaux
- Suivre et analyser les KPI clés eCommerce pour identifier tendances, risques et opportunités.
- Transformer la donnée en insights clairs et actionnables au service de la décision stratégique.
Profile wanted
4 à 5 ans d’expérience en eCommerce / Digital / Omnichannel
Experience réussie dans Luxe, Mode, Beauté
Maîtrise de SQL, Power BI, Excel et PowerPoint
Bonne compréhension eCommerce / Omni-Retail
Anglais courant impératif
Mission temps plein présentiel 3j
