You will join at an exciting moment: the market is there, the product is ready — now it’s about conquering territory.

🔍 About the job

As a Field Account Executive, you are the face of the company on the ground.

You spend most of your time:

  • meeting merchants

  • opening new doors

  • and turning conversations into partnerships

Your mission will be to:

  • Actively prospect in your region (cold visits, local networking, field actions)

  • Open new accounts and build long-term relationships with business owners

  • Sell a full solution: payments, accounts, cards and financing

  • Manage your own pipeline from A to Z in collaboration with the Telesales and SDR teams.

  • Follow your clients during their first year to ensure adoption and satisfaction

  • Position yourself as a business partner, not just a product seller

You’re not just pushing terminals — you help entrepreneurs manage and grow their business.

🎯 About the ideal candidate

You already have:

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B field sales

  • Ideally exposure to FinTech, payments, hospitality tech or FMCG

You are someone who:

  • Loves prospecting and opening new markets

  • Is comfortable working with targets and closing deals

  • Enjoys autonomy and taking responsibility

On a personal level, you are:

  • Autonomous, disciplined and resilient

  • Comfortable in a fast-moving, scale-up environment

  • Tech-savvy and at ease with digital tools

  • Motivated by results, ownership and visible impact

Languages:

  • Fluent in Dutch or French (depending on your region)

  • Professional level of English
