🔍 About the job
As a Field Account Executive, you are the face of the company on the ground.
You spend most of your time:
meeting merchants
opening new doors
and turning conversations into partnerships
Your mission will be to:
Actively prospect in your region (cold visits, local networking, field actions)
Open new accounts and build long-term relationships with business owners
Sell a full solution: payments, accounts, cards and financing
Manage your own pipeline from A to Z in collaboration with the Telesales and SDR teams.
Follow your clients during their first year to ensure adoption and satisfaction
Position yourself as a business partner, not just a product seller
You’re not just pushing terminals — you help entrepreneurs manage and grow their business.
🎯 About the ideal candidate
You already have:
2 to 5 years of experience in B2B field sales
Ideally exposure to FinTech, payments, hospitality tech or FMCG
You are someone who:
Loves prospecting and opening new markets
Is comfortable working with targets and closing deals
Enjoys autonomy and taking responsibility
On a personal level, you are:
Autonomous, disciplined and resilient
Comfortable in a fast-moving, scale-up environment
Tech-savvy and at ease with digital tools
Motivated by results, ownership and visible impact
Languages:
Fluent in Dutch or French (depending on your region)
Professional level of English
