🌟 What's in it for you
What if you were the one person a client's CEO actually wanted on the phone, not the fifth link in an account chain?

Become the single point of contact for a portfolio of B2B clients at one of Antwerp's most consistently recognized strategic marketing agencies.

Real seniority from day one: direct conversations with company owners, investors and marketing/sales directors, not status updates filtered through account layers.

A retainer-based client model built for long-term relationships, not project-to-project churn.

A small, senior team where your work is seen directly by the founders.

✨ About the company

Our client is a B2B strategic marketing agency built at a kitchen table in 2018 and grown, deliberately, into one of Antwerp's most distinctive players in the space. They work exclusively with mid-sized B2B companies navigating complex sales cycles and they've turned that focus into a genuine edge: a proprietary framework connecting brand, strategy, demand generation and pipeline into one structured system, backed by an in-house performance studio and creative studio. Bootstrapped, profitable, and now professionalizing fast under a newly appointed COO, this is a team that treats marketing as a lever for business outcomes, not an end in itself.

🔍 About the job

Own a portfolio of roughly six client accounts as their dedicated strategic point of contact.

Understand each client's business objectives deeply enough to translate them into a concrete marketing and commercial plan.

Brief and orchestrate the performance studio (tech, digital campaigns) and the creative studio (brand, content) to deliver against that plan.

Grow your accounts over time through upsell and cross-sell, inside a long-term retainer relationship.

Visit your accounts on-site roughly once a quarter, with regular video check-ins in between.

Represent the agency's methodology and standards directly to clients' leadership and investors.

Marketing Project Lead | B2B Strategic Marketing Agency

About the company

What if every project started with a blank page, a new industry, and one question: who should this company meet?
A team with decades of experience quietly opening doors for companies across borders, long before "market entry consulting" was even a category. That's the institutional memory you'd be plugging into.
This branch is the only one in its network where a full banking operation and a battle-tested advisory desk share the same floor and it's one of the standout performers across the network. This hire is part of doubling down on that momentum.
This isn't a sales role. It's advisory and research: you act as a guide who understands a client's business, maps the Belgian and Dutch market around it, and identifies the right contacts and opportunities to pursue.

What makes this role distinctive

You're the guide, not the closer. Companies come to this team already convinced they want to grow internationally, your job is to understand their business deeply enough to know who in Belgium is actually worth approaching, and why. You don't sell; you diagnose, research, and connect.
Genuine intellectual range. One project is mapping the gourmet food retail landscape for a producer from southern France; the next is scoping industrial partners for an aluminum manufacturer, or researching distribution channels for an electric-boat brand. Every mandate starts from a blank page: new sector, new questions, real market research each time.
A unique institutional position. This branch is the only one in the group's network combining a full banking operation with a 50-year-old advisory desk. That gives your research and introductions a level of credibility that independent consultants or public agencies can't easily match.
Small team, real ownership. As the 3rd member of a boutique team, you'll have direct exposure to client leadership and visible ownership of your analysis and deliverables with the backing (and internal mobility options) of an 80,000-person group.

What you'll do

Understand a client company's business, sector, and international ambitions in depth

Conduct market research and mapping in Belgium and the Netherlands: sector landscape, key players, potential partners or acquisition targets

Identify and qualify the individuals and organizations worth introducing to the client: distributors, industrial partners, financial partners

Prepare structured market studies and recommendations tailored to each client

Activate the group's international network (dedicated export subsidiary, international business club, 36 offices in 50+ countries) to support your research

Represent the bank in outreach calls and meetings to open credible first contacts
