🔍 About the role

As Fractional DTC Operations Lead, you will take full ownership of Aqvita’s direct-to-consumer business line and be responsible for scaling it from its current state to 10,000 units sold in 2026.

This is a hands-on, end-to-end role covering both operations and growth. You will act as the single owner of the DTC track, from production to customer experience.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating production with external manufacturing partners

  • Designing and managing the fulfillment strategy, including 3PL setup and oversight

  • Owning and optimising the e-commerce stack 

  • Setting up CRM and customer segmentation to support scalable growth

  • Defining pricing, bundling and revenue mechanics

  • Driving community-based marketing initiatives, not mass-market campaigns

  • Managing day-to-day DTC operations with a strong execution focus

  • Working closely with the founder, who brings deep technical and R&D expertise

🎯 About the ideal profile

  • 3+ years of proven experience in DTC operations, ideally with physical consumer products

  • Strong operational mindset, with the ability to execute as well as decide

  • Comfortable working in early-stage or scale-up environments with evolving processes

  • Used to owning topics end to end and taking accountability for results

  • Pragmatic, structured and solution-oriented

  • Interest in health, well-being and sustainability-driven products

  • Fluent in English

  • Open to freelance

This role is not suited for profiles focused purely on marketing, or for candidates looking for narrow scope or heavy structure.
