German-Native Outbound Manager — Lemlist Expert

We are looking for a native German-speaking Outbound Manager to launch and manage outbound acquisition campaigns targeting the German-speaking market.

This is a hands-on role. We need someone who can manage the full outbound process, from campaign strategy to execution and optimization.

Your responsibilities

• Define and refine the outbound strategy for the German-speaking market

• Work on ICP definition, segmentation and prospect targeting

• Write native-level German cold email sequences

• Set up, launch and manage campaigns in Lemlist

• Manage personalization, follow-ups and A/B tests

• Monitor deliverability and campaign performance

• Analyze results and continuously improve reply and meeting-booked rates

• Coordinate with the internal team and provide clear reporting

Required experience

• Native German speaker

• Proven experience managing B2B outbound campaigns

• Strong operational knowledge of Lemlist

• Excellent German copywriting skills

• Good understanding of email deliverability and outbound best practices

• Data-driven and able to make recommendations based on campaign results

• Professional working proficiency in English or French
