🔍 About the job
As Key Account Director, you will take ownership of a portfolio of major beverage clients and act as the primary commercial interface between the company and its most strategic partners.
You will focus on strengthening long-term relationships, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring that client needs are translated into feasible and profitable projects internally. In parallel, you will help structure and formalize key account management practices within the organization.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing and developing a portfolio of strategic beverage industry clients.
Acting as the main commercial contact for key customers, ensuring long-term partnerships and trusted supplier relationships.
Leading discussions around new client projects and coordinating feasibility assessments with technical and production teams.
Preparing and responding to tenders and RFQs with structured commercial proposals.
Monitoring account performance and identifying growth opportunities within existing clients.
Structuring and documenting account knowledge, client history, and commercial insights.
Working closely with internal teams (production, finance, logistics) to align commercial commitments with operational realities.
This is a senior individual contributor role with strong visibility and direct collaboration with senior leadership.

Solid experience managing key accounts in the beverage ecosystem or as a supplier to beverage companies (packaging, ingredients, logistics, or similar).
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand pricing structures, margins, and project profitability.
Experience managing complex client projects in a B2B industrial environment.
A structured approach to account management and familiarity with CRM tools.
Beyond your experience, you thrive in environments where relationships, credibility, and operational proximity matter. You enjoy working closely with production teams and being present on-site to ensure strong alignment between commercial commitments and operational delivery.
