Description
We are looking for a Growth Designer with a strong focus on AI-driven design and performance marketing.
Your role is to create high-impact creatives and experiences that directly drive acquisition, conversion, and revenue.
This is not a traditional design role.
We are not looking for a pure branding designer.
We are looking for someone who:
understands marketing and growth
knows how to design for performance
and can leverage AI tools (e.g. Pletor) to produce, test, and scale creative output fast
You will work on active client missions and collaborate closely with Growth, Paid Media, and CRO teams to turn strategies into conversion-driven assets and experiences.
Your objective: build design systems and assets that generate measurable business impact.
Your mission
Design high-converting creatives for paid acquisition (social, display, video, etc.)
Use AI tools (including Pletor) to generate, iterate, and scale creatives
Design and optimize landing pages and funnels with a strong focus on conversion
Translate growth strategies into performance-oriented design concepts
Work on UI/UX and product design (websites, landing pages, user flows)
Contribute to creative and production workflows automation
Iterate quickly based on performance data and test results
What you will work on
Paid ads creatives (static, video, motion)
AI-generated visuals and content (Pletor, etc.)
Landing pages and CRO-driven layouts
Website and product interfaces (UI/UX)
Conversion funnels and user flows
Creative systems and scalable design frameworks
Multi-format production (static, carousel, short video, GIF)
Performance mindset
Design for conversion, clarity, and business impact
Optimize for CTR, CVR, and engagement
Use AI to increase speed and output quality
Turn winning creatives into repeatable frameworks
Balance speed, iteration, and performance
Tools
Recommended experience with:
Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Webflow, WordPress, and AI design tools (Pletor, Midjourney, Runway, etc.)
Profile wanted
Strong experience in performance design and/or product design (UI/UX)
Experience designing ads, landing pages, and/or product interfaces
Strong experience with AI tools for design and content creation (Pletor required)
Experience with Webflow and/or WordPress
Understanding of marketing, funnels, and conversion logic
Ability to work fast with structured iteration cycles
Comfortable working on client missions
Strong collaboration with Growth / Paid / CRO teams
Motion / video design skills are a strong plus
Not a pure branding profile, not a creative strategist role
Fluent in English and French (spoken and written) — required
Portfolio showing performance-oriented and/or AI-driven work is mandatory
