What they need
We are looking for a GTM Engineer (Growth Engineer) to design and build the technical systems that power scalable acquisition and revenue growth.
Your role is to turn marketing, sales, and data infrastructure into automated growth engines.
Instead of manually running campaigns or processes, you build the systems, automations, and integrations that make growth repeatable, scalable, and measurable.
You will operate at the intersection of growth strategy, engineering, and data, helping teams move faster by removing operational friction and building robust GTM infrastructure.
You combine technical execution with growth thinking and understand that the most effective GTM strategies are powered by automation, experimentation, and data-driven systems.
You also understand how to structure and activate a Total Addressable Market (TAM), build scoring models, and enable outbound systems that drive targeted acquisition.
You will work in an international environment and must be able to operate professionally in both English and French.
Your mission
Design and build GTM infrastructure that enables scalable acquisition and pipeline generation
Structure and operationalize TAMs (Total Addressable Markets) to support targeted growth strategies
Turn manual marketing and sales workflows into automated systems
Build and maintain data and automation pipelines connecting marketing, sales, and product tools
Develop systems for lead enrichment, routing, scoring, and segmentation
Build and optimize lead scoring models to prioritize high-value accounts and opportunities
Enable and automate outbound acquisition systems (targeting, enrichment, sequencing)
Enable faster experimentation by building growth experimentation infrastructure
Improve the efficiency of GTM teams by eliminating operational bottlenecks
Create frameworks that allow Growth and Sales teams to test, launch, and scale campaigns faster
Ensure data flows cleanly across tools, enabling reliable analytics and attribution
What you will work on
Designing and maintaining GTM systems and growth infrastructure
Automation workflows across CRM, marketing, and sales tools
TAM definition, segmentation, and activation workflows
Lead enrichment pipelines and data workflows
Lead scoring systems and prioritization frameworks
Outbound infrastructure (data sourcing, enrichment, sequencing, personalization)
Experimentation infrastructure for growth initiatives
Integrations between marketing, sales, and product tools
Attribution systems and funnel analytics
Internal tools that accelerate campaign launches and testing
Building repeatable growth frameworks instead of one-off campaigns
Performance mindset
Build systems that generate qualified pipeline and measurable business impact
Replace manual work with automation and scalable infrastructure
Enable teams to launch and test initiatives faster
Turn successful experiments into repeatable systems
Optimize processes for speed, reliability, and scalability
Design infrastructure that supports continuous GTM experimentation and iteration
Tools
Recommended experience with tools such as:
Clay, Zapier, Make, Airtable, HubSpot, Salesforce, Segment, PostHog, Google Analytics, data enrichment APIs, outreach tools (Lemlist, Apollo, Smartlead), and modern data tooling.
Experience with some of these tools is expected, but mastery of all of them is not required.
Profile wanted
3–5+ years of experience in growth engineering, GTM engineering, growth operations, or similar roles
Strong understanding of marketing, sales, and data systems
Experience building automations, integrations, and scalable workflows
Experience working with TAM definition, segmentation, and targeting strategies
Experience building or managing lead scoring and prioritization systems
Strong understanding of outbound systems and workflows (enrichment, sequencing, targeting)
Comfortable working with APIs, automation tools, and data pipelines
Systems-thinking mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Experience supporting growth experiments and acquisition initiatives
Comfortable working on client missions and collaborating with cross-functional teams
Strong collaboration with Growth, Marketing, Sales, and Data teams
Impact-driven and execution-focused
Fluent in English and French (spoken and written) — required
Bonus
Experience building internal growth tools or GTM infrastructure
Experience with modern growth stacks (Clay, Reverse ETL, enrichment APIs)
Experience working with data warehouses and analytics stacks
Experience using AI tools to automate workflows or accelerate GTM execution
Experience in high-growth startups or growth agencies
