Company context Lotchi is a fast-growing company in the live light shows space with a significant marketing budget currently lacking structure. The company is looking for an immediate operational boost ahead of internalising a Head of Growth function long-term.

Engagement: 2 days/week for 2 months
Location: Paris presence preferred (partial)
Start date: ASAP — flexible

Description We are looking for a senior, hands-on Head of Growth for a short and high-impact mission at Lotchi. You will come in fast, assess the current situation, and immediately structure the paid, data and funnel foundations — while helping frame the future full-time Head of Growth hire.

This is not a strategy-only role. You will be expected to both structure and execute from day one.

Your mission

  • Audit the existing marketing setup — paid channels, data infrastructure, funnel performance

  • Identify and prioritise the highest-impact growth actions

  • Structure and launch paid acquisition with rigour and efficiency

  • Set up the data and reporting framework to track performance clearly

  • Optimise the funnel from acquisition to conversion

  • Define the scope, profile and expectations for the future in-house Head of Growth hire

  • Deliver quick wins while laying solid foundations for the long term

Growth methodology

Diagnosis & Analysis

  • Rapid audit of paid channels, budget allocation and funnel performance

  • Data and tracking infrastructure review

  • Prioritisation of actions by impact and effort

Strategy & Roadmap

  • Short-term action plan focused on relaunching performance

  • Structuring of paid, data and funnel pillars

  • Framing of the future Head of Growth internalization

Execution & Coordination

  • Hands-on campaign deployment and optimisation

  • Cross-team coordination with existing marketing resources

  • Rapid iteration and performance tracking

Optimization & Reporting

  • Weekly performance reporting

  • Clear and actionable recommendations throughout the mission

  • Final handover document to support the future internal hire

Profile wanted


  • Senior growth profile with strong paid, data and funnel expertise

  • Able to structure AND execute — this is a hands-on mission

  • Comfortable moving fast in an unstructured environment

  • Experience in high-budget paid acquisition

  • Partial availability in Paris

  • Immediate availability preferred
