IAM L1 Security Engineer

Are you passionate about identity security and ready to make an impact? We're looking for a versatile IAM L1 Engineer to join a major financial services group in Luxembourg — someone who's autonomous, sharp, and thrives learning on the job.

🎯 What you'll be doing

• Own the user account lifecycle — from onboarding to offboarding

• Enforce role-based access policies across the organization

• Be the go-to for Level 1 IAM support and access incidents

• Contribute to the rollout and maintenance of IAM solutions

• Work closely with both IT and business teams to keep access rights clean and consistent

• Document procedures and help build a solid IAM knowledge base

🧠 What you bring

• Real IAM experience and solid knowledge of RBAC/ABAC models

• Hands-on with Active Directory, Azure AD, and LDAP

• Familiar with SAML and OpenID Connect authentication protocols

• Exposure to tools like SailPoint, Evidian IGA, or Okta

• A support mindset with strong communication skills

• Scripting/automation skills

• Agile methodology knowledge

• Fluent in French and English
