Project Manager – AML Data Reporting (Senior Hybrid Profile)

Role Overview

We are seeking a senior, hands-on Project Manager – AML Data Reporting with a strong hybrid background in project management and data analytics.

This is not a purely coordination role. We are looking for a BA++ / operational PM who combines solid AML expertise with advanced data capabilities and who is comfortable being directly involved in reporting design and data extraction.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and structuring AML reporting frameworks, dashboards, KPIs/KRIs, and ensuring data quality and reliability across AML risk indicators.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AML data reporting projects (planning, governance, reporting to management, stakeholder coordination)

• Define AML data requirements in collaboration with Compliance and IT teams

• Design and implement AML dashboards and automated reporting frameworks

• Establish and monitor AML KPIs and KRIs

• Build and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and validation

• Develop dashboards using WebFocus and/or Power BI (or draft detailed functional specifications)

• Implement data quality controls and ensure reliability of AML reporting

• Provide visibility on AML risk indicators for senior management

Required Profile

Experience

• Senior profile with 10+ years of experience preferred

• Proven experience in AML / KYC projects (mandatory)

• Demonstrated experience delivering AML data or reporting initiatives

Technical Skills (Mandatory)

• WebFocus (essential – non-negotiable)

• Advanced SQL (must be able to write and optimize complex queries independently)

• Power BI (or strong ability to write detailed dashboard specifications)

• Strong data analysis capabilities

Functional Expertise

• Deep understanding of AML frameworks

• Strong knowledge of:

  • KYC logic

  • Screening processes

  • Complex legal/entity structures

  • AML risk indicators

• Ability to translate regulatory and compliance needs into structured reporting
