In this context, we are looking for a Sales Director capable of building, structuring and scaling the commercial organisation, with a natural evolution toward a General Manager role and potential equity participation.

Role & Responsibilities
Your mission Commercial strategy & development You will take over and expand relationships with major national distribution chains.
Working directly with the shareholders, you will:
define and execute the commercial strategy
identify new market segments and distribution channels
strengthen the national presence of the brands in the portfolio
Structuring the commercial organisation You will be responsible forbuilding the sales organisation of the future:
recruiting and developing the field sales team
implementing structured sales processes
introducing CRM and performance tracking tools
driving KPIs and reporting to group leadership
Partnerships & market positioning You will act as a key counterpart for:
the international brands represented in the portfolio
procurement decision-makers within major retail and distribution groups
Your objective: expand the company’s footprint and influence across the Belgian market.

Profile wanted
Candidate Profile
You bring 8–15 years of B2B field sales experience within a specialised distribution environment.
Relevant sectors may include:
tools or technical equipment
building materials or DIY distribution
fixings or industrial supplies
technical distribution networks
Beyond the sector, we are primarily looking for an entrepreneurial commercial leader.
Someone who:
knows how to develop national key accounts
has experience leading or structuring a sales team
is comfortable engaging with senior procurement decision-makers
thrives in an SME environment: autonomy, accountability and pragmatism
Languages: Fluent French and Dutch are essential - Level C2
