Senior HubSpot Expert Freelancer – RevOps & Marketing Operations

Company context A scaling company based in Paris recently went through a HubSpot deployment that was not fully optimised. The marketing infrastructure is in place but needs to be properly audited, restructured and activated to deliver clean performance and reliable reporting.

Engagement: 3 days/week for 1 month
Location: Paris office presence preferred (partial)
Start date: ASAP

Description We are looking for a senior HubSpot expert — with a strong marketing operations background — for a short, focused and high-impact mission. You will come in, assess what was deployed, fix what needs fixing, and get the machine running properly — with clean workflows and the right reporting in place.

This is a hands-on role. You will be expected to audit, restructure and execute from day one.

Your mission

• Audit the existing HubSpot setup — identify misconfigurations, gaps and quick wins

• Restructure and clean up the marketing automation workflows

• Set up and optimise lead nurturing and lifecycle sequences

• Build and activate the core reporting dashboards aligned with marketing and revenue KPIs

• Ensure data integrity and clean CRM hygiene throughout

• Document what has been built and hand over a solid foundation for the team

Growth methodology

Diagnosis & Analysis

• Full HubSpot audit — properties, workflows, pipelines, forms, tracking

• Identification of critical fixes vs. nice-to-haves

• Alignment with marketing and sales team on priorities

Execution & Structuring

• Hands-on reconfiguration of HubSpot marketing hub

• Workflow and automation rebuild where needed

• Reporting setup aligned with business objectives

Handover & Documentation

• Clean documentation of the new setup

• Team enablement to maintain and build on the foundation

• Recommendations for next steps beyond the mission

Stack & tools environment HubSpot (Marketing Hub, CRM, Reporting) — deep expertise required. Familiarity with connected tools (Google Analytics, paid platforms, data connectors) is a plus.

Profile

• Senior HubSpot expert with strong marketing operations knowledge

• Experience auditing and fixing existing HubSpot deployments

• RevOps or Growth Engineer background

• Able to work autonomously and deliver fast in a short mission

• Hands-on and rigorous — you fix things properly, not just on the surface

• Partial availability in Paris preferred

• Immediate availability required
