Your Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment for Engineering & IT positions – from requirements analysis to contract signing

• Active sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, talent pools, and tech networks

• Candidate management and ensuring an outstanding candidate experience

• Building and maintaining talent pools for future key positions

• Advising hiring managers on job requirements and recruitment strategies

• Contributing to HR and employer branding initiatives (campaigns, trade fairs, process optimization)

Your Profile

• A university degree or commercial/technical vocational training with a focus on HR is desirable

• Initial experience in recruiting (ideally within engineering, IT, or staffing services)

• Strong communication skills and a passion for building relationships

• A structured, independent, and service-oriented way of working

• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM systems, or ATS platforms is an advantage
