 45 hours: 8:00- 17:30, Monday to Friday.

Your Role

Our client is looking for a proactive and engaged Retail and Warranty Service Administrator who can provide essential administrative support to the Warranty Department to help us continue to be a UK Best Workplace. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service through a highly organised approach to administration. You will approach this role with a commercial mindset and will work effectively with all stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient processes are in place and maintained.

Day to day, you will be:

  • Retail invoicing.

  • Warranty invoicing/claim processing.

  • General admin duties and general support to the service team with day-to-day tasks.

  • Resolving invoice queries with suppliers to ensure quotations are accurate and cost effective.

  • Assist with sending out quotations for works on customer vehicles.

  • Follow up on any outstanding purchase orders to ensure supplier invoices associated works are approved.

  • General administrative support for the service team to include post distribution, monitor stationery stock and arranging for supplies when necessary.

  • Point of contact for general enquiries with our customers in the admin office.

Skills & Behaviours Required for this Role:

  • Experience- We’re seeking a candidate with experience in either warranty administration or dealership administration for this role.        Additionally, experience as a motor trade service administrator is advantageous.

  • Organisation – Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workloads, and maintain an efficient system to keep the office running smoothly. Previous administrative experience is preferred. 

  • Communication – Strong written and verbal communication to interact effectively with all stakeholders across the business, including answering phone calls, writing emails, and sending documents.
