Enterprise Architect

We are currently supporting a leading institutional organization in Luxembourg in the search for an Enterprise Architect to support a large-scale IT transformation programme.

This is a high-impact role, reporting directly to senior IT leadership, with responsibility for shaping and structuring the Enterprise Architecture function.

Key responsibilities:

• Define and maintain the target IT architecture and associated roadmaps

• Establish and enforce architecture principles, standards and governance

• Lead architecture reviews and support strategic decision-making (build vs buy, solution alignment)

• Ensure consistency and interoperability across business domains and IT systems

• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to align technology with organizational objectives

• Contribute to digital transformation initiatives, including AI and emerging technologies

Profile:

• Strong experience in Enterprise Architecture within complex environments

• Proven track record in driving cross-functional transformation initiatives

• Solid understanding of EA frameworks (e.g. TOGAF) and architecture governance

• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and translate strategy into execution

• Fluent in English and French

• Duration: Long-term assignment (minimum 18 months, up to 3–4 years)
